Apricot Sprite
A beautiful rich apricot sweet pea, that is almost perfect, except for the fact that, like many orange/peach sweet peas, it fades in the sun. And Apricot Sprite does not sun bleach gently, it gets dramatic sun bleach striping and marks - giving it tiger stripe look, so I like to call this beauty, Apricot Tiger.
If you have a high tunnel or green house to tuck this one in, it’s not likely to sunfade, and will hold its dark, creamy apricot color through the season.

Minimum of 10 seeds per packet.
DO NOT PRE SOAK
All seeds are pre scarified, soaking will increase chance of mold.
Sun: Full
Type: Annual; climbers; cut and come again.
Start: Warm climates: fall. All others: late winter/early spring.
Sweet peas can handle a light frost, and enjoy long mild springs.
Plant Spacing: 6-8 in.
Depth: ½ in.
Water: Heavy feeders, give them a good soak, but let dry between watering.
Soil: Rich, free draining.
Pinch: at 4 true leaf sets.
Full Height: 6+ ft. tall
